 This is particularly useful if you have a few offices or lots of people. 

It ties the offices together and allows for that one source of the truth. It also adds a level of gloss and sophisication fto your business.

Making the same mistakes

So you have told them in a number of different ways, but still it keeps happening. This is costing you time and money and you are not sure where to go next. 

Often giving instructions or delivering a PowerPoint doesn't lead to behavioural changes. With every learning intervention we start with - What do you want them to do differently?

 Wherever possible either through technology or one to one practice, we work on getting them to apply the new way of working in the flow of work. We can use a number of tried and tested learning science techniques. We bake these into our solutions. For example if we deliver a face to face course there will be an eLearning solution to back it up and transfer the learning.
